Mailbox disconnection and data deletion

Clients can stop mailbox access at any time from the Email Contact Discovery page inside the SIX member site.

Disconnect the mailbox

1. Sign in to the SIX member site.
2. Open Email Contact Discovery.
3. Select Disconnect mailbox and confirm.

Disconnecting removes the local mailbox connection and active temporary searches held by this service. For Google connections, the service asks Composio to revoke the Google grant and deletes the Composio connected account. For Microsoft connections, it deletes the encrypted OAuth credentials. Microsoft users or tenant administrators can additionally revoke the app in their Microsoft account or Entra applications portal.

Delete retained contact results or make a privacy request

Structured contact candidates already saved for review are retained when a mailbox is disconnected so that client decisions are not lost. To request deletion of those records or make another privacy request, email support@archmarketing.org and identify the relevant SIX client firm and service.

AMI may ask for information needed to verify the requester and protect client data. Legal retention exceptions may apply as described in the AMI Privacy Policy.
