SIX Email Contact Discovery

This optional SIX member service lets an authorised client connect one Google Workspace/Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox, including personal Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. It only uses mailbox read and search operations to help the client identify useful professional contacts from historic correspondence.

What the service does

• Reads email text, headers, participant details and safe attachment filenames when the client asks the agent to search.
• Uses Relevance AI to understand correspondence and propose structured contacts for review.
• Uses Composio to hold Google credentials, encrypts Microsoft credentials, and stores temporary search state; it does not permanently store full message bodies.

What it cannot do

It cannot send, draft, delete, move, label or otherwise modify email. Attachment contents are not downloaded.

The connection interface is available only through the protected SIX WordPress member site.
